We are looking forward to helping parents connect, keeping everyone up to date on PTO events, sharing what is going on around school and most importantly to come together to help support our students and the staff at Beasley!

The Beasley Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Executive Board would like to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year!

The PTO is dedicated to enhancing your child’s learning experience at Beasley. There are several fundraising events throughout the year, which help us provide many services and supplies that benefit the school and our children.

Beasley PTO provides activities for Beasley and their families such as Skate Nights, Field Trips, Trunk-or-Treat, Spring Festival, Rock ‘n Roll Bingo Night, Fall Parties, Winter Parties, Friendship Parties and so much more. Beasley PTO actively fundraises through various events such as Box Tops, TJs pizzas, catalog sales, Beasley spirit wear and other various fundraisers. These funds enable us to offer numerous programs and events, all for the improvement of your children’s education. Beasley PTO also offers grants to our teachers to assist them in stocking their classroom with needed special projects and learning supplies.

As each event approaches, you will be notified through Peachjar or ParentSquare asking for volunteers and giving you information about the event. There are many ways you can help with PTO sponsored events. Whether you are available days, evenings, or a short amount of time, we need your help.

If you would like to volunteer for any of the events, please come to our PTO meetings or you may contact me to let us know you are interested in helping. Without the helping hands of our Beasley families, these events couldn’t take place.

Our PTO Meetings are held on the second Wednesday every month. Our meetings begin at 6:30pm in the school library and free childcare is provided for our students. If you are interested in more information you may contact me at [email protected] or the entire PTO at [email protected]. We encourage all parents to attend our PTO meetings.

We invite everyone to come join us. Besides working hard for our school, we have a lot of fun too! Hope to see you soon!

Best,

Christina Smick
